• Booking details — selected packages or services, preferred appointment times, wellness areas you wish to improve, remarks.
• Birth information (Bazi consultations only) — date, time and place of birth. This is sensitive data collected solely to prepare your consultation.
• Payment records — amount, status and payment reference. We never store card numbers.

How we use it

• To process your booking, confirm payment, and deliver the services you requested.
• To contact you about your booking via your preferred method.
• To maintain business records as required by law.

Birth information

Birth data is accessible only to the administrator and your consultant, is never displayed publicly, and is not included in notification emails beyond what is strictly necessary. It is used exclusively to prepare your Bazi consultation.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers strictly needed to operate (e.g. payment processing, email delivery), each bound to protect it.

Retention & your rights

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
